Browse available coaches, view profiles, compare prices, check availability, and choose the coach that fits your needs.

Each coach sets their own price, schedule, and session details.

Select a time slot and send a booking request.

• the session time is reserved
• payment is securely processed
• the booking awaits coach confirmation (if required)

If a coach does not accept within the allowed time window, the booking is canceled automatically and a full refund is issued.

Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.

• protection for both users and coaches

At the scheduled session time:

• both User and Coach press “Start”
• a 20-minute confirmation window begins

During this period, either party may cancel the session.

If no cancellation occurs within 20 minutes after activation:

• the session is considered accepted
• the booking is finalized
• the transaction becomes valid

To maintain safety and quality:

• payouts are not released immediately
• payments are sent approximately 10 days after the session
• this allows time for dispute review and fraud prevention

The platform charges a 15% commission on completed sessions.

• Coaches set their own prices
• Users always see full prices before confirming

Invite others using your referral code and earn rewards when they complete bookings.

• you receive a 3% reward
• calculated from the platform’s commission
• does not increase session price
• does not reduce coach earnings

Refunds may apply if:

• booking is not accepted
• session is canceled within the confirmation window
• coach does not attend
• technical issues occur

Refund requests can be submitted through support and reviewed within standard processing times.
