Spoot Game is a technology platform connecting users with independent coaches. Coaching services are provided directly by independent providers.

• If the coach does not accept in time, the booking is canceled and a full refund is issued.
• Once accepted, the booking is confirmed (refunds depend on policy).
• If a coach cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund is issued.

Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers. When a user books a session, the payment is temporarily held by the platform.
At the scheduled session time, both the User and Coach activate the session by pressing “Start”. A 20-minute confirmation window is provided.
If either party cancels within this window, the session may be eligible for a refund. If no cancellation occurs within 20 minutes after activation, the session is considered accepted and completed.
Payouts to Coaches are released approximately 10 days after the session to support dispute handling and platform safety.
