1. Service
Spoot Game is a technology platform that enables users to browse independent coaches and request bookings. Coaches provide training services directly to users.
The Platform facilitates booking management, communication, and payment processing but does not provide training services itself.
2. Platform Role
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary marketplace connecting Users with independent Coaches. All services are provided directly by Coaches, who are solely responsible for their services, conduct, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other payment partners.
When a booking is placed:
- payment is captured to reserve the time slot
- confirmation data is stored for support and dispute handling
The Platform may temporarily hold funds and release payouts to Coaches after session completion and safety review.
4. Pricing
- Coaches independently set their own prices.
- The Platform does not control Coach pricing.
- The Platform charges a 15% commission on completed transactions.
- Commission is not added unless shown before payment.
5. Referral
The Platform may offer referral programs.
If a referred user completes valid transactions:
- the referring user may receive a 3% reward
- reward is taken from the Platform’s commission
- it does not increase session prices
- it does not reduce Coach earnings
Rewards may be withheld or canceled if abuse or fraud is detected.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a Coach does not accept within the allowed window → booking is canceled and refunded automatically.
- Once a booking is accepted → it is considered confirmed.
- If a Coach cancels a confirmed booking → full refund issued.
- Special cases (technical errors, duplicate payments) may be reviewed manually.
Refund requests must be submitted with booking reference details.
7. User Responsibilities
- provide accurate information
- act respectfully toward Coaches
- comply with applicable laws
- not misuse the platform or payment system
8. Prohibited Conduct
- create fake accounts
- manipulate bookings or rankings
- attempt payment fraud
- exploit referral systems
- interfere with platform functionality
9. Anti-Abuse
The Platform prohibits abuse of booking, payment, or referral systems.
We may:
- suspend accounts
- withhold payouts or rewards
- reverse transactions
- restrict access
if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:
- services delivered by Coaches
- disputes between users and coaches
- personal injury or training outcomes
- indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid through the Platform within the last 6 months.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- fraud is suspected
- safety risks are detected
- required by law
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept updated Terms.
